Dr Shaba Nabi

GP, Educator

I am a GP in a vibrant, multi-cultural practice in Bristol. I took the scenic route to general practice which included a stint in Psychiatry and Neurology, as well as working as a Ship’s Doctor and a Medical Officer for the RAF. I have a portfolio career which includes Education (I am a Training Programme Director for Bristol GP Education), CCG (I am a Clinical Lead for Prescribing) and Medical Politics (I am Deputy Chair for LMC Conference and also a member of the GPC) I also write a monthly column for Pulse magazine and contribute to the “Rethinking Medicine” website. When I am not working, I enjoy hanging out with my 3 kids and dancing to 90’s club music.
