Mental Health Delivery Manager - Crisis Care Concordat, Cambridgeshire and Peterborough CCG

Modestas currently oversees the development of the high profile local programme – MH Crisis Care Concordat as well as leads and coordinates all community-based mental health service redesign projects focused on ensuring delivery of more resilient MH services locally. He has also managed the implementation of universal, 24/7, mental health crisis care pathway as part of the Urgent and Emergency Care Vanguard scheme. Prior to that Modestas worked as the PMO manager of a UnitingCare Partnership that was responsible for providing all older people’s healthcare and adult community services throughout Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. Before joining the NHS in 2015 he has worked as a consultant on evaluations of British Council global and regional projects as well as conducted the evaluation of the impact of the NHS Leadership Academy and NHS Education Scotland. He has also worked on the co-design of a new ‘Commercial Skills for Effective Commissioning’ programme for Directors and Senior Managers in NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups. He has worked for clients nationally, locally and regionally. Modestas ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, utilisation of proven standards and techniques in project planning, monitoring and evaluation, coordination and risk management and a flexible, pragmatic approach ensures that projects are completed to timescale and delivered against objectives.
