Nadia is an academic pharmacist at University College London. She is the final year MPharm pharmacy practice module lead and her research area is Pharmacy and Leadership.

She is the youngest Asian female to become a Fellow of The Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) and is also an elected Board member for the National Pharmacy Board for England at the RPS, making her the first Muslim female to be elected onto the pharmacy Board.  She has recently taken on the role of associate non-executive director at the London North-West University NHS Trust.
