This award seeks to recognise a staffing agency which has provided outstanding service to supplying GPs with high quality staff throughout 2017.
Examples of criteria the judges will be looking at are included below. This is list not exhaustive and is for guideline purposes only.
• Average age of client relationships
• Detail on scale of jobs/work accepted
• Client/candidate loyalty/retention
For contextual use only, the following will also be considered. Smaller or regional groups will not be placed at a disadvantage.
• Geographical area covered (regional or national)
• Number of GP clients/market share
• Size/number of healthcare team employed
